All DBME contractor, volunteer, or temporary employee interviews are conducted by telephone. Contact the Employee Benefit Unit (EBU) to complete an interview during nonwork time(g).

NOTE Do not call the Statewide Interview Line; Staff do not have access to locked case files(g).
