Removed the obsolete FA-076B and FAA-1214A forms. (Effective for all interviews completed on or after 08/25/2020)
 
Added procedures for keying the SPECIFY REL and POS fields on SPRD when the specified relative is an NPCR. Added information concerning the CA specified relative requirement when a child is placed with an unrelated foster care provider. Clarified that an unrelated foster care provider is not considered an NPCR. (Effective 05/04/2020)
 
Changed “specified relative” to “caretaker relative”. Added the requirement to document the case file to identify Kinship and Legal Permanent Guardian cases. Added that all people in the family of the child for whom benefits are being requested must be registered in the caretaker relative's case. (Effective 12/28/2020)
